2007-2014, continuous R&D and innovation of PVC sheet equipment, from the first generation to the thirteenth generation.
In March 2014, the ultra-thin PVC foam board and WPC (wood plastic) floor substrate production line was launched. In May 2014, the fourteenth generation 80/173 production line with a capacity of 500 kilograms per hour was successfully developed and sold to well-known domestic manufacturers.
On December 17th , 2014, it made its debut to the world China Plastics Exhibition in Guangzhou. The production started on site for three consecutive days. The entire production line was running smoothly, and the output easily reached 500 kilograms per hour. At that time, it immediately received high praise and enthusiastic attention from the leaders of the China Plastics Association and the Ministry of Light Industry (this production line was bought by a customer in Qingyuan, Guangzhou).
At the Guangzhou Exhibition in 2015, it continued to be exhibited and started production for three consecutive days. The products ranged from 3MM to 30MM, from advertising boards to bath cabinet boards, from wood-plastic boards to all-waste building templates, etc., completed with a set of molds. Simple and stable operation, the output can easily exceed 500 kg/h (this production line was bought by Vietnamese customers), and it has successfully surpassed the 400kg/h 80/156 production line developed and maintained by our company for nine years. It is an epoch-making Meaning. The on-site startup for three days caused a sensation among colleagues at home and abroad who participated in the Shanghai Exhibition. At the same time, it also received the attention and recognition of the leaders of the China Plastics Association. Officially opened the 80/173 500 kgs per hour production line to become a precedent in domestic and foreign markets.
In June 2015, We launched the 92/188 PVC foam board production line with 800Kgs per hour.
In December 2015. After six months of improvement and perfection.Start-up production verification. All data indicators were successfully completed and passed perfectly. It can easily reach 800KG per hour. This production line has been purchased by an old customer in Jiangsu. The successful development of the 92/188 PVC foam board production line filled the gap in the production of this large-size conical twin-screw main engine at home and abroad, and raised the production capacity of similar equipment at home and abroad to a new level, making this product and this type of equipment The hourly output has officially entered the 800KG era, which is the first at home and abroad.
In 2016, we exhibited at Chinaplas and produced on-site production line of 92/188 PVC foam board with output of 800kg/h and thickness of 3mm-40mm. Based on the business strategy of producing one generation, reserve one generation, and research and develop one generation, we developed a five-roll four-layer integrated SPC (stone plastic) floor production line in 2016 with more than ten years of experience in professional research and development of PVC sheet production lines;
In March 2017, developed a WPC (wood plastic foam) multi-roll six-layer co-extrusion one-step production line, and WPC (wood plastic foam) and SPC (stone plastic solid core) dual-use one-step production line In April 2017, a large flat double 135 PVC skinned foam board production line was launched. The launch of this production line directly increased the production capacity of PVC skinned foam board equipment to more than 1200kg per hour In mid-2018, a large-scale 110-cone double SPC floor production line was launched, At the beginning of 2019, it successively launched 114, 135 and a new generation of WPC one-step WPC/SPC floor production lines, which increased the capacity of WPC one-step floor production line to 900kg per hour -2000kg per hour , The capacity of SPC floor production line is increased to 900kgs per hour -4000kgs per hour.
