PVC  board making machine is constituted  by conical twin screw extruder,and corresponding mould,calibration mould,cold tray device,haul off parts,cutting edge device stacker and so on.Copact structure,superior performance.The gear device,screw barrel and foaming T-die all was co-researched together by Chinese well-known manufacture,Extruder adopts frequency control,screw and barrel is specially designed super cone structure,compared with conventional extrusion increased by 30%,saving 20-30%,with plastic uniform,stable extrusion,high output,longevity long and so on.
