Production Description
 

Devoted to the R&D and Manufacture of PVC Celuka Foam Board Extrusion Machine for more than 8 years, SANYI has upgraded its PVC foam board machine to 15th generation. Well-equipped Extrusion Line and mature technology and formula system create high quality PVC Crust/Celuka/Skinning Foam Board. 
 

Our PVC foam board machine adopts Celuka foam technology, these processes result in a "skinning" or outer layer of foam board and it achieves excellent surface hardness, rigidity and toughness and scratch-resistance. This kind of PVC crust foam board can be nearly 100% recycled and reused for 20-30 times as construction formwork. Besides, PVC foam board can be worked like wood with the tools for wood. It's suitable for sawing, cutting, nailing, screwing, planning and sticking. It's the perfect substitute for wood.
