Coat-hanger die use a special double flow design which allows more precise adjustment to sheet thickness. Temperature control of plus minus 1 degree centigrade can accurately control the plasticizing process and sheet thickness.
calibration mould adopts vertical lifting method. Sheet thickness control with a two-way roller screw adjustment and precise control of sheet thickness can be adapted. The roller temperature control the temperature ensures sheet thickness uniformity.
Cutting machine: Synchronize cutting and plate length has the numerical precison. Winding device used in high torque motor is able to adjust the speed and tension retractor. Equipped with automatic meter device it can be set to the length of the products.
